Updating this review after the service department took the time to respond and clarify the issue regarding the VIN history and prior service notes not yet being linked in the system as a first-time guest.
That said, I still believe the inspection video process could be improved. I appreciate the effort toward transparency, but as a customer I expect some level of explanation regarding what is being shown and why recommendations are being made. The video I received was essentially a silent recording underneath the vehicle, which left me trying to interpret what I was looking at on my own.

This is a saga. This could have been one star or five stars depending on where you end but i will give them the benefit of the doubt. We leased a 2023 Acura MDX in May 2023. Over the course of the lease, there was a check battery message consistently showing up.
