Mansoor's service is superb. His text replies are quick and his information is very accurate. When we finally meet in person the day of, he makes me and my family feel very welcomed. Ray who runs the business side also super nice and reasonable too.

Patricia was AMAZING. The service manager and the rest of the Acura staff were truly wonderful as well. They took care of my fiancée and I, after our car was vandalized. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our car fixed, just in time to travel back to Florida. We have purchased cars here twice before. Updating this review after the service department took the time to respond and clarify the issue regarding the VIN history and prior service notes not yet being linked in the system as a first-time guest. That said, I still believe the inspection video process could be improved. I appreciate the effort toward transparency, but as a customer I expect some level of explanation regarding what is being shown and why recommendations are being made. The video I received was essentially a silent recording underneath the vehicle, which left me trying to interpret what I was looking at on my own. Even brief narration or clearer communication during the inspection process would make the experience feel much more informative and customer-friendly.

Great experience overall, Henry Oneal was great since the moment I walked into the show room. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Henry doesn’t push or tries to oversell you anything, and will work with you and try to find the best possible deal for you. Even after purchasing my vehicle, Henry kept in touch to make sure everything was okay, and when I returned to the dealership for an exterior pain coating job, Henry make sure everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff at de dealer was also very friendly and welcoming. After more that 13 years driving Honda vehicles, I decided to make the “switch” from Honda to Acura, and Im glad to have found Curry Acura.

After looking extensively for a 2023 Acura MDX, Mike and Mansoor took the time to look for the perfect vehicle for me. This is a saga. This could have been one star or five stars depending on where you end but i will give them the benefit of the doubt. We leased a 2023 Acura MDX in May 2023. Over the course of the lease, there was a check battery message consistently showing up. Curry Acura service kept telling us the battery checked out fine, etc. Even suggested to change the battery key fobs - which was just ridiculous. Fast forward to December 2025 - battery dies in rural VT. Nearest Acura dealer was 1.5 hours away. Had the battery replaced at a local shop and they said one of the cells was bad. I called up Curry Acura and they explained their position that Acura would not reimburse for the battery replacement until it met a certain threshold. They suggested i submit a claim to Acura/Honda. I did that right away. After a few months, i started calling Honda service line and kept getting - "it's under review". I was very aggravated. In the meantime, our lease was up and tried to explain to the folks at Curry Acura why I couldn't possibly lease another car from them. Subsequently to me leasing a new Volvo XC90, i spoke with the general manager and service manager, Mike and Diane, respectively. They called their contacts and got the reimbursement approved. They still lost the sale of the new car but did right by me and helped with the reimbursement from Honda. I'm still baffled that Acura - which holds themselves as a luxury brand couldn't care less about the battery message and the awful reimbursement process. Remember when you call Acura customer service, you are speaking to Honda customer service. Pay for an MDX and get service like you bought a Civic. Anyway - Thanks to Mike and Diane in helping me get the reimbursement. It will be a while before I consider another Acura product.

I have to start out by saying that I normally don’t write reviews. This is a much needed review. I had never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle in my life. It was such a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and I was put at ease. I was fortunate to work with Keith in finding what vehicle worked best for my needs. Mansoor was able to help me get a great deal on a certified pre-owned 2023 Acura MDX! He was very helpful, not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable regarding various MDX trims/what each year offered. I actually shopped around at a few dealerships after to see if I liked the german competition, and I went to another Acura dealer as well as they had a few cars in a spec I was interested in. At the other Acura dealer no one was able to help me or at least knowledgable enough to answer my questions. Saw a lot of their cars had damage such as hail/excessive scratches too so I immediately gave Mansoor a call and decided to make something happen with the one car I was interested at Curry. My family collectively has purchased 8 (now 9) vehicles from Curry dealerships (Acura, Honda & Toyota) and with the pleasurable experience I had dealing with Mansoor & Dimitry (finance manager), will definitely be coming back for future purchases. The great customer service didn't stop once I purchased the vehicle, Mansoor also did a great job with helping me connect my phone, finding the proper seat settings & aided with configuring the vehicle settings. Definitely a recommend and repeat Dealership! Mike, the GM, set me up with the right team to make it all happen.
